Learning Objectives

What do you want students to know and be able to do? What knowledge, skills, and strategies do you expect students to gain?

• What are the number properties ( natural, whole, integers, etc...) 
• What are the properties that allow students to solve problems ( communtative, distributive, etc...)
• Use properties to solve various real-life problems.

Give multimedia title and link, plus any other resources you/your students will need to complete the lesson

Lesson Overview

Explain what you / your students will do with the multimedia or information gained from the multimedia.  Things to consider:  How many days will this lesson take, how will students work (in teams? individually?), how will you distribute the multimedia to the students (will they subscribe on their home computers? school computers? or will you be using portable devices?) See the Instructional Planning

section below.

Tip: As part of whatever assignment you create, you might consider creating a "listening guide" that has questions the students should be answering as they listen to the multimedia. Or, you could have them summarize what they heard and then do something with that info.

Students will create a animoto on one of the mathematical concepts learned.  This assignment will be used as an assessment.
